Since our founding in 1951, Toshiki International has been selling functional powdered materials under a code of conduct that prioritizes "quality", "delivery schedules" and "cost". As a result, we are in high standing with the industrial world as the only contract manufacturer of cosmetics who provides everything from intermediate to final products. We are additionally a CMS business that aggressively invests in production centers inside and outside Japan, our Utsunomiya Plant being one notable example, and that practices TQM education as the means for meeting a diversity of needs.
July 1951- Established Toshiki Shikizai Industry Co., Ltd.

- Built factory in Sangenchaya, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
- October 1963
- Renamed company as Toshiki Pigment Co., Ltd.
- July 1971
- Built factory in Yahara, Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
- April 1986
- Closed factories in Setagaya and Nerima, and opened new factory in Utsunomiya, Tochigi.
- February 1999
- Established Toshiki International Corp. (Shanghai) in Shanghai, China.
- November 1999
- Established Beijing Dongcaidaily Chemicals Co., Ltd., in Beijing, China.
- July 2000
- Acquired ISO9002 accreditation for Utsunomiya Plant.
- November 2000
- Expanded Utsunomiya Plant.
- June 2003
- Acquired ISO9001:2000 accreditation.
- July 2006
- Built development wing at head office to strengthen development operations.

- Established Toshiki International Singapore Pte., Ltd.
- December 2009
- Relocated Toshiki International Corp. (Shanghai) to new quarters in Qingpu Industrial Area, China.
